good morning and welcome to your announcements for the week of December 7th to the 11th for this week flag salute we've got some special guest coming to Us from 6th grade please join me in standing for this morning's flag salute I pledge allegiance to the flag how do States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible thank you now let's start by seeing if you guessed last week's Kennedy cougar correct here were your Clues and baby picture I love to be outdoors bicycling walking and I love to travel and I love succulents plants and flowers if your guess was Miss Dalma you guessed correct now let's see if you can get this week Kennedy cougar correct here are your Clues and baby picture I was born in the year of the Chevy small block V8 was introduced I have a credential to teach social sciences and I qualified to enter air traffic controller training bikes can't wait to hear about the conversations they are always a bright spot in my week to hear who you think the Kennedy cougars and for this week I want to remind you that meals can be picked up in the parking lot with the solar panels on Monday Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. I also let you know the starting December 19th all the way to January 10th you have your holiday break this means you will go three weeks with no Zoom classes this will be time for you to get some rest and be ready for January 11th when we come back to school right in early at the same start time we've had since the beginning of the year so make sure that you set those alarms for January 11th our next announcement is that outside of the office we currently are offering you all free book these books are free and do not need to come back to the school the only thing I'm asking is that when you come to pick books up you make sure you are not taking somebody's materials if there is a name on the book it is likely that it is somebody's materials for school if you have questions when you're outside the door you can knock on the office or give us a call to clarify and make sure you're taking home the correct free bucks and next up we've got our student highlights we have to student the Highlight this week and both are in kindergarten first from Instinct last We Have Allison and this is an example of Ellison's writing lesson was asked to write two sentences but instead kept writing inex didn't highlight is Australia from Miss nunez's class affiliate turned in an extra assignment this week to show Miss Nunez all that she's learned and even started incorporating some of the new strategies she's been learning amazing job to our students highlights thank you for working so hard and making sure your teachers know exactly what you're capable of accomplishing and finally we have birthdays this week join me in Wishing Leilani Acevedo happy belated birthday Leilani's birthday was yesterday December 6th and she's in your class make sure you wish her a happy belated birthday we also have Sophia Dominguez with a on December 10th as well as Miss Kim and to wrap up our week of birthdays we've got my saint with her birthday on December 12th we wish you all a very happy birthday all your wishes come true those are all of our announcements for the week remember to be safe respectful responsible and to always be kind thank you
