The Vietnam War is a historical event for our Vietnamese-American community. On April 30th, we recognized the hardships our Vietnamese-American community experienced forty-nine years ago, when their lives changed and many of of them found themselves living in a new country. Today the Vietnamese freedom flag is raised proudly, which is a symbol of freedom, liberty, and justice for our Vietnamese-American community. Kennedy successfully hosted this event along with our board members, our students, and our community.
